Payment by credit card or check at that time.
Our Cause

For Spouses & Dates
While your partner is on the river, Casper is yours to enjoy. We've curated a day that blends history, indulgence, and Wyoming charm — pace it however you like.
Morning · 8:00 – 10:30 AM
Start with coffee at CitiWerks Cafe — an upscale downtown coffeehouse attached to the event space, serving pour-overs, fresh-baked baguettes, and a small but excellent breakfast menu on real china. For something heartier, Sherrie's Place is a beloved local diner where the cinnamon rolls are legend and every regular is greeted by name. Or linger at Cottage Cafe, tucked inside a converted historic home — house-made pastries and unhurried service.
Late Morning · 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Casper is the only point in the nation where the Oregon, California, Mormon, and Pony Express Trails crossed paths. The National Historic Trails Interpretive Center brings that history to life with award-winning films and an immersive covered-wagon river-crossing simulator. Free admission, about 90 minutes to explore — and it's just up Poplar Street from the host hotel.
Prefer something quieter? The Nicolaysen Art Museum ("The Nic") on Collins Drive features rotating contemporary exhibits with a distinctly Wyoming sensibility.
Lunch · 12:30 – 2:00 PM
Head downtown for lunch and a stroll. Racca's Pizzeria Napoletana serves authentic coal-fired pies; The Branding Iron plates Wyoming-raised Black Angus burgers (their Kona Burger took Travel Channel's Best in Wyoming in 2019); or for something upscale and elegant, The Refinery at Three Crowns overlooks the golf course with a spectacular view.
Afternoon · 2:00 – 5:00 PM
Choose your pace. A full afternoon of options, all within a few minutes of downtown:
Before the Gala · 4:00 – 5:15 PM
Cap the day with a hand-crafted cocktail at Backwards Distilling Company on Wolcott Street — locally distilled spirits, creative drinks, and a warm downtown room to toast what's been a perfect day before you reconvene with your partner at the gala.
The gala begins at 5:30 PM — plenty of time to return to your hotel, refresh, and join us for the evening.
